Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. Virexa Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unopened and unused
The product remains in its original packaging
The item is not marked as non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened supplements
Personal care products
Consumable items
Clearance or final sale products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
